Age requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to create or use a Glimmerbud account. Glimmerbud is not intended for children under 13.

What Glimmerbud is

Glimmerbud is a general productivity, routine-support, organization, motivation, and wellness tool designed to help users keep track of tasks, routines, goals, progress, and gentle reminders.

Not medical or mental-health care

Glimmerbud is not a medical, psychological, psychiatric, diagnostic, treatment, medication-management, emergency, or healthcare service, and it is not a medical device. Glimmerbud does not provide medical or mental-health advice and is not a substitute for advice, diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, or care from a qualified professional.

You may choose to create personal tasks such as taking a medication, but Glimmerbud reminders are convenience and productivity reminders only. Notifications can be delayed, blocked, interrupted, duplicated, or fail entirely. Do not rely on Glimmerbud for medication dosing, emergencies, safety-critical actions, or other time-sensitive healthcare needs.

Sensitive information & notifications

You control what you type into Glimmerbud. Avoid entering highly sensitive information unless you are comfortable storing it in the app. Task names can appear on a lock screen or notification history if you turn on “Show task names.” That setting is off by default.

Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your password and device access secure, and for activity occurring through your account. Do not share credentials or attempt to access another person's account without permission.

Your content

You keep ownership of the text and content you enter into Glimmerbud. You give NeuroSpicy Solutions Studio permission to host, store, process, and display that content only as needed to operate, maintain, secure, and improve Glimmerbud and provide the features you request.

Acceptable use

Do not use Glimmerbud to break the law, harm others, interfere with the service, probe or bypass security, access data you are not authorized to access, distribute malware, or abuse the app or its infrastructure.

Trial, purchases & access

Glimmerbud currently offers seven free use-days. A use-day counts when you actually use Glimmerbud, so skipped days do not consume trial time. No payment method is required to start the trial, and the trial does not automatically enroll you in a paid plan when it ends.

After the trial, Glimmerbud may offer monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time Founding Gardener lifetime-access purchase. Web payments are processed by Stripe. Subscription plans renew automatically for the billing period shown at checkout unless you cancel them. You can manage payment methods, view invoices, switch eligible subscription plans, or cancel an active subscription through Glimmerbud's billing-management link. Cancellation normally stops renewal at the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise shown in the billing portal.

A lifetime purchase provides access for the life of the Glimmerbud service; it does not guarantee that every future feature, separate product, or third-party service will be included. Prices, founding offers, and future plan availability may change prospectively, but changes do not retroactively change a completed lifetime purchase. Product updates

Features, artwork, wording, rewards, and availability may change as Glimmerbud is maintained and improved. Reasonable care is taken with your information and progress, but you should not use Glimmerbud as the only place to keep information you cannot afford to lose.

Availability & changes

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or limit features when reasonably necessary to maintain, secure, improve, or operate Glimmerbud. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Intellectual property

Except for user-provided content, Glimmerbud's name, software, designs, artwork, graphics, text, branding, and other app materials are owned by or licensed to NeuroSpicy Solutions Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Account deletion & termination

You may permanently delete your account and associated Glimmerbud data in Settings or request deletion through the Account & Data Deletion page. If an active recurring Stripe subscription is associated with the account, Glimmerbud attempts to cancel it before account deletion is completed so future renewals stop. Lifetime purchases do not require cancellation. Payment processors may retain transaction records as required by law or their own legitimate recordkeeping obligations. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or material violations of these Terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glimmerbud is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties that it will always be available, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeuroSpicy Solutions Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Glimmerbud. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Consumer protections that apply where you live remain unaffected where they cannot legally be waived.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as Glimmerbud changes. The effective date above will be updated when changes are made.
